A product of exceptional nutritional value, rich in proteins, phosphorus, and vitamin B12, without preservatives. TRATA tuna is produced from tender skipjack tuna (katsuwonus pelamis) fillets. This particular type of tuna, due to its smaller size compared to other tunas, is recommended for consumption by the American Pregnancy Association. Additionally, the population of skipjack tuna is considered sustainable against current global consumption.
