Initially, while it has magnets in the front, the cover continues towards the back, making it annoying.
I could attribute it to the extra magnet it has, but it really doesn't help anywhere (except for holding the extra piece).
In the upright position, the magnets are not strong enough and the iPad falls relatively easily. Fortunately, it has happened to me on the desk and there were no "victims".
