The production process is a continuation of the juice. After the concentration that the tomato juice underwent, it is led to the boilers where the necessary materials are added in the corresponding proportions. Subsequently, boiling continues, and when the desired concentration is achieved, it is placed in sterilized 0.33L jars and then pasteurized.
