Mariana's Dolmadakia are made with fresh Vine Leaves and always according to the traditional recipe. They are dolmadakia without minced meat, prepared daily at the facilities of Kazakis Winery in Nea Gonia of Halkidiki.

The ingredients are selected daily with care to ensure their freshness. The lemon juice used is freshly squeezed, and the Dolmadakia contain no preservatives at all.

The name "dolmadaki yalantzi" comes from the Turkish "yalantzi" meaning "fake" and "dolma" meaning "stuffed".
