The material on the front part is so soft that on one hand, if you don't completely lower the suction intensity, it creates a gap on the fabric you are vacuuming, and on the other hand, if you apply a little extra pressure, the material melts and the small bumps it has, which are important for its performance, gradually disappear. Very expensive for what it is.
