    I use it in my natural orange juice that I make....I add a spoonful.....The taste doesn't change much....One could say it's slightly more sour....As for the results, I don't know.....It's supposed to be good....I imagine one can confirm this more with medical examinations....Anyway, I only see good for the joints and knees.....
