Ingredients: WHEAT Flour, Sugar, Salt, Corn Starch.

Instructions for Use:

• In a bowl, beat 3 Eggs and add 400 ml (2 cups) Milk.
• Gradually pour in the contents of the packet while stirring very well with a fork or whisk until a smooth batter is formed.
• Add 200 ml (1 cup) Water and 60g (3 tablespoons) melted Butter or Margarine and mix well.
• In a small frying pan (No 18-20), add a little Butter and let it heat slightly.
• Using a coffee cup (filled halfway), take some of the mixture and pour it into the pan, tilting it quickly to cover the entire surface of the pan and form a thin Crepe.
• When the Crepe is cooked on the bottom, flip it with a spatula to cook the other side.
• Repeat the same process until the batter is finished.
• Fill the Crepes with whatever you like.
