One bottle lasts for 10 days, but I take the pills twice a day instead of three as the packaging suggests. Among the negatives, it causes annoying muscle pain, which I initially ignored. However, when I couldn't sleep anymore, I took a regular painkiller. Another potentially annoying thing is that the "bathroom" will have a peanut color. Other than that, I will buy them again because I saw the results, always with the ketogenic diet.
