    They were tested on hiking in snow and mountains. It keeps the foot quite stable and doesn't let it move around. I walked in snow up to my knee and nothing went through. I just felt some moisture inside the sock, which is normal. They are quite lightweight, but I think the sole is a bit hard compared to La Sportiva. It is a good choice with decent construction quality

The GORE-TEX Extended Comfort lining helps keep water out, while the durable fabric upper with a TPU coating and suede inserts provides support. The 3F System connects the instep to the sole and heel, maintaining flexibility and support.

The EVA midsole absorbs shock, while the Vibram® WTC outsole, with deep lugs and grooves, provides traction on mud, grass, rock, ice and snow.
