terrible quality, rust around the edges within a few days, even after following the care instructions, refusal to refund after two weeks of waiting. The company itself also provided terrible service and had no intention of mediating. Personally, I ended up using a pot with a strainer that will neither rust nor anything else.
Fortunately, the store itself took the initiative to help us, as they seem to understand that rust residues and sterilization do not go together..

The first product broke down after two months. It was replaced under warranty and after a short period it started leaking water from the base, causing water to spill onto the counter. Also, the selector gets stuck. I suggest you look for another product if you want to get the job done properly!

Unreliable.

When it works, it's great. It fits 6 tall bottles on the bottom level and quite a few accessories on the top level. It also has three sterilization levels (plain sterilization - 15 minutes, sterilization and drying - 45 minutes, sterilization and full drying - 1 hour). It doesn't collect much limescale (with demineralized water). With two drops of white vinegar in the water, any little limescale it may have gets cleaned (there's no vinegar taste left in the bottles).

But it is unreliable. You never know when it will decide to work and when it won't. What the other reviews say is true. It gets stuck and even though there is normally water, it doesn't produce steam to sterilize, only the fan works and the water remains in the container at the end.

You need it to give a sterilized bottle or pacifier to the baby in the middle of the night, and it might not work...

The worst thing I have ever bought! It broke after one month of use... only the drying function worked without the sterilization! It had a warranty and they gave us another one from the store... again the same problem, the sterilization broke after one month!

Overall good. After 3 months it broke. It doesn't produce steam even though there is water. The worst. Get something else.

It is a beautiful and functional device. It sterilizes and dries the bottles and pacifiers quietly. Easy to use.

Terrible sterilizer!!
It constantly gets salt buildup and needs cleaning even with the deionized water we use..
It keeps getting stuck and only the drying fan works without even doing any sterilization..
Don't buy it.. the worst purchase and dangerous!!

The worst thing that exists in a sterilizer. It needs constant descaling, leaves moisture in the bottles, and finally the most dangerous: one night it turned on by itself and was running for at least an hour. We almost caught fire. The socket burned..pure danger

It does a good job, it requires great attention to movements and proper cleaning in order to function correctly

It simply has a timer switch - basically, the kettle turns on, and when the water runs out, a thermal switch deactivates the kettle and turns on the fan for drying.
The function of the sterilization alone is simply to set the timer for a short time so that it does not switch to the fan (although it is not accurate, many times the water runs out earlier and it turns on for half a minute to a minute).

After 4 months, it broke and the fan immediately turns on without sterilization, even though it has normal water and is cold.
Also, when it was working, it would release water underneath during each sterilization (leakage? overflow?) even though the water did not exceed the max.

I would prefer something else that only does sterilization, without a fan, (or at worst, if sterilization was independent of drying).

The sterilization was not very fast but in the first stage (i.e. without drying) it was quite satisfactory. However, after almost 2 months of use, it started leaking water from the bottom and burned out.!!

Very good sterilizer indeed, very slow though... In full sterilization - drying mode it takes a whole hour

Very good sterilizer, very easy to use! I have been using it for 7 months now and it was the best purchase I have made. In the area where it fills with salt from frequent use, like all devices of this type, by adding a little water and vinegar they dissolve immediately. Personally, I highly recommend it without hesitation!

It was very good! I was thrilled! It dried them very well! It made them shiny! But it broke after 4 months! ????☹
