A good, simple and cheap cooler. It was purchased because the stock AMD Ryzen 5600G cooler wouldn't fit due to the case/motherboard. It does its job perfectly. I have never seen anything unusual in temperatures during any activity

It makes noise around 840 rpm (it has to do with the contact with the plastic) and there are also reviews from abroad that say the same. It could be a defective batch, of course, that experiences this. You are forced to change the speed to the lower one to run close to 1000 rpm. And just for that, 3 stars.

Edit: It has to do with the black plastic that touches the aluminum; pull it a little outward and put some rubber if you have noises. 4 stars since I fixed the problem and for the price, it's worth it compared to a simple stock cooler from Intel on an i7700k that I got without stressing it was close to 50 and would reach 85-90 degrees when stressed, while now it is 25-35 and the max is close to 65-70 degrees.

It is vfm. In stress tests, the i3 12100f processor did not exceed 58°c, silent even at full speed. The installation was of moderate difficulty because the screws that attach to the base of the cooler are in a position that requires the screwdriver to be at an angle. I had to remove the graphics card, and the screw on the bottom side barely fits in the m2.

Upgraded to i5 13400f, in cinebench the maximum temperatures were 61°... value for money, the cooler does its job and then some

Was never able to use this because, despite all of the marketing (on here and on the Arctic site) there is no mention that **some** (I'd say most) mainboards will not be supported. The cooler uses some bizarre peg mounting system that wouldn't work with any mainboard I've ever had (and I've built many computers). I'm not a PC tech but I have enough experience to make this weird. Arctic support was quite useless as well, but not before wasting 2 weeks of my life with slow unhelpful responses (an entire week just to get the first response). If your motherboard requires screws to secure a CPU cooler, DO NOT BUY THIS COOLER. BUYER BEWARE.

For the money it's ok but overall I would go for something better with 5 - 10 euros more. The temperatures are not that good and many times it sounds like the fan is hitting the frame

If you have a mid-range CPU and want something economical to lower temperatures, then you found it. With the stock cooler, it used to hit 100s in the summer, now it doesn't go above 75 no matter what

I don't know what Arctic was thinking when designing this cooler. Give a little more money and get something better.

I have an AM4 motherboard, but it NEEDS EXTRA BRACKETS to fit. But, it, NEEDS EXTRA BRACKETS that I have to buy now. If I had seen it somewhere, I wouldn't complain. Buy it for 20 euros but you will have to pay EXTRA BRACKETS when you have no other choice but to do it.

I have a Ryzen 5 5600X processor and with the stock cooler, it was working at around 20-21 degrees higher. The first photo shows the PC on standby, while the second one is after gaming mode.

The processor cools perfectly fine, it doesn't raise temperatures. The only issue was the installation. Even on AM4, it took me about 20 minutes to install it and it was difficult. The company in their installation guide video for AM4 makes it look easy, but believe me, it's not. You also need a long screwdriver because the screw placement is terrible, etc. Other than that, it cools well, for 15-20€ it's much better than the stock cooler.

You get what you pay for and it does its job at a respectable level, although this specific button system is not for beginners

Difficult to install on LGA 1200, had to unscrew the entire motherboard and remove it from the case in order for the cooler to "lock". Overall, it cools better than the stock cooler of the Core i5 11400F, about 10-20C degrees lower. With the stock cooler, I had 50-60C in idle, now I have 30-40C. In games, it went from 80-90C to 60-70C. It's good for the money.

Very good for its price. At first, I had some concerns about socket 1151 and its installation as well as its size, but in the end, everything is fine. Truly silent!

In general, it raises very high temperatures in demanding games (80-95 degrees) and forces me to play with an open window. My friend, who plays with the exact same processor and the exact same games but with a different CPU cooler, never had any temperature issues. Especially now, during the summer, I avoid playing new games (2020 and onwards) and I will go buy a different cooler

Quite good but it was very difficult to install it on an ASRock Z590 Pro4 motherboard and some games that I have played so far (with the integrated graphics of the Intel Core i5 11600k Intel UHD 750) reach 40-50 degrees idle and 71-81 degrees during stress tests with Arctic MX6

Very poor construction. The mount scratched my motherboard and in the end, I couldn't manage to install it. I have been building computers for many years and this is the first time I encounter such a bad product design

I have a terrible case that was creating prohibitive temperatures. I mean, if there were temperature police for the CPU, they would have sentenced me to life in prison without parole to never see the light of day again. I decided to dare and install this specific cooler, and my head really cooled down. Literally. It is completely silent compared to the stock one that was hurting my ears, and because I play heavy games (PUBG, Days Gone), I haven't seen it go above 62 degrees (during summer). When idle, it stays around 33-38 degrees Celsius. The installation wasn't that difficult, although it did give me a bit of trouble because, as I mentioned before, I have a case that is a mess. If you have space issues and are considering getting it, just remove the GPU first and with a little patience, you will be able to install it. For its price, it is a great purchase.

It was tested on 2 systems, a dual-core and a quad-core Intel... it doesn't make a difference in temperatures, it just doesn't make noise... if you want good cooling, invest in a better cooler.

For the money, it is an excellent cooler. It was purchased a year ago for the FX-8350 as the stock cooler of the processor was very noisy. This one is quiet and the temperatures it maintains are very good.

After reading other buyers' reviews, I decided to purchase it. In the end, the purchase was worth it. It is almost silent, quickly installed on an Asus z97 gaming motherboard, and keeps the system at very low temperatures. It is commendable that it comes with pre-applied thermal paste, ready for installation.

They are good, I installed them on a Ryzen 7 and they perform well, but the temperatures are so-so. They are not the best for gaming. Also, something is touching the RAM and that's why I removed one

Very good CPU cooler for its price, I have installed it on an i5-10400F and the processor does not exceed 52 degrees in gaming

Very good cooler, comes with pre-installed thermal paste and can reach up to 2000rpm with the appropriate software. My processor (specifically the i3 8100) has not exceeded 50c even during gaming. It is worth its money

For AMD CPUs, installation is as easy as ever. AM3/AM4 motherboards already have the brackets pre-installed. You pass the clips from below, lock one and you're done!

In terms of performance, it is much quieter than the stock cooler of the AMD FX-4300, which made more noise than cooling the processor. From idle at 50 degrees with recent MX4 paste, to 25 degrees with the pre-installed MX2 paste.

Although the CPU (95W) exceeds the maximum TDP by 5W compared to the cooler, the PC (used as a Proxmox node) cools well and doesn't sound like a jet with hot engines ready to take off. Highly recommended.

EDIT 28/03/22: A few weeks ago, the fan motor gave up, having no other option but to send it to their service in Germany, with covered expenses and replacement due to warranty. Kudos also for their top-class service.

It is quite good, but when I changed the motherboard and tried Gigabyte, even though it is supposed to fit in a 1200 slot, it didn't fit due to its base. Do not buy it for a Gigabyte motherboard
