The company needs to hire a Quality Manager! Some leaves are far too small to be folded, others break into 3 pieces and can't be folded, and others are like plane tree leaves. After 2 minutes of blanching, the small ones wilted, while the large ones remained tough even after almost 1 hour of cooking.
