The ‘Whitford® Xylan’ non-stick coating is particularly resistant to high temperatures (up to 250°C).
The adhesion of the non-stick coating is improved with a layer of titanium between the aluminum and the coating. This double layer improves the coating's lifespan and provides additional resistance to scratches.
