      I couldn't find my favorite water from the BIOTEN X * Hydro Cell series at the supermarket, so I got this one out of necessity. It has nothing to do with what I usually use, even though it's from the same company. Its texture seemed somewhat “heavy” to me – even though it's water – it was somewhat more concentrated. It removes makeup OK. The worst part is the strong fragrance it has. Even though it's not unpleasant, it's so intense that it becomes unbearable for me.

      The scent I like, but ok, it's subjective. It cleans relatively well even though I don't wear heavy makeup (just eyeliner, eyebrow pencil, and out of the house). The problem is that it stings the eyes. No matter what water I used, what serum I applied, it stung for quite a while and made my eyes tear up (about 50 minutes). Needless to say, I will not buy it again.

      It is by NO means recommended to use this product on your EYES. I used it twice and it irritated my eyes a lot for a considerable amount of time. Especially the second time, I experienced pain for three hours, I rinsed my eyes with water periodically, but nothing helped. My eyes hurt so much that even though it was nighttime, we considered going to the pharmacy. I am surprised that the packaging states that it is suitable for eye cleansing.

      As for the rest of the face, it cleans well. It leaves a greasy layer on the skin, though. It requires thorough rinsing afterwards.
