The Pedrini Elegance Red espresso maker brews up to 2 cups of espresso and is sized for lungo and freddo. It is made of food-safe aluminum in accordance with EN 601 and has an electrostatic coating.

The handle and knob are made of heat-resistant material, up to 260 °C. The base is suitable for all stovetops, including ceramic and induction. To brew coffee, fill the reservoir with water up to the valve and add unpressed coffee to the filter; place the espresso maker over low heat and turn off the heat as soon as brewing is complete.
