Tuboflo drain unblocker powder for hot water is intended for clearing clogged drains and contains anhydrous sodium hydroxide. Use after removing the water from the drain: pour in the contents and slowly add 1–2 liters of boiling water at a temperature of 95–100 °C. After a few minutes, run plenty of water from the tap; the application may be repeated once if necessary.
Do not use in the toilet bowl, with other chemical products or with a pipe-cleaning plunger, or when the blockage is caused by plastic objects or metal. Do not apply to aluminum, acrylic or glass surfaces, or to very thin, worn plastic pipes. The product causes severe skin burns and eye damage and may corrode metals. It reacts violently with water, with a risk of caustic solution splashing.
