- The music playback function through a card (products with the +) is essentially useless, as there is no practical way to access the files.
- The lowest playback volume when not connected to a device (card, radio) is very loud.
- About a year ago, the speaker started playing distorted sound to the point where it was not valuable. Also, the top part of it developed a very high temperature. I took the initiative to remove the top and bottom plastic cover. I put them back in their place. The device was functioning normally again.
- Recently, the battery capacity has significantly decreased. It now lasts only 30-45 minutes. Previously, it lasted for hours. It works normally when connected for charging. The duration that the indicator light stays on indicating charging has also decreased.
- Now, when I have the speaker connected to a computer with a cable and also charging via USB, it produces a very low and squeaky sound for a short period of time.
- When connected via Bluetooth, whenever there is silence in the sound, it loses the first half second of the sound when the silence stops. I don't know if this is common for Bluetooth speakers. It may also be due to my old smartphone, who knows...
- It has endured many impacts and light splashing (next to a toilet during shaving) and still functions.
- I haven't found any screws or anything else indicating how the device opens and can be repaired.
Given its price, I consider that it has paid off and I don't regret buying it. If I were to buy a new speaker, I would choose a different one.
