With the passing of the new law 2121/1993 on intellectual property rights and related rights, various interpretative issues arise during its implementation, especially when it comes to older agreements. This study attempts to address the issues related to printed edition contracts and to contribute to their resolution, after a reasonably fair balancing of the interests of publishers and creative authors.
