Description

Colorless solvent-based wood preservative for exterior surfaces such as windows, exterior doors, garden furniture, pergolas, fences, etc. It easily and deeply penetrates the wood, effectively protecting it from insects such as woodworm and other beetles, termites, etc., as well as from fungi responsible for discoloration and rotting of the wood or the creation of blue stains and mold according to European standards EN 113, EN 73, EN 84, EN 152, and EN 46, EN 118.

    The product is a transparent water varnish (lacquer), which has good fungicidal and insecticidal action. Initially, I didn't believe that it would deeply penetrate the wood (pine), but it does indeed provide good impregnation, around 1-1.5mm for sure, with 2 coats. I highly recommend it, it does what it promises. Afterwards, of course, a new coat of varnish should be applied for long-term protection of the wood. Personally, I applied 2 more coats of Diaxyl Plus with a brown shade (Teak). The application was done with a small roller, but it also works equally well with a brush
