    I am following up because the store OSMOS HELLAS that I purchased it from replaced it immediately at no cost to me. From measurements with another reputable oximeter, I found that in all measurements it reads two oxygen units higher and the pulse is exactly right, so I comfortably use it by subtracting the two units!! Unfortunately, this particular oximeter does not have reliable oxygen saturation measurements. It has a difference of 1 to 4 degrees compared to a certified oximeter. The pulse is correct. I bought it after reading the reviews, so we should be careful when making evaluations.
