The Yato file set includes 10 diamond files for working with metals and other materials. Their diamond-coated surfaces have a grit of 150, while the handles are ergonomic and PVC-coated.
The files are made of hardened steel with a hardness of approximately 55 HRC. They are 140 mm long, 25 mm wide and 3 mm thick. They are suitable for aluminium and its alloys, soft metals, stainless steel (INOX), hard plastics, laminates and technical ceramics. The set includes a flat file, a flat-edge file, a square file, a triangular file, a tapered triangular file, a knife file, a sword file, a half-round file and a round file, supplied in a plastic case.
