εφαρμόζει αν διαλέξεις σωστά το μέγεθος του σωματότυπου σου ,στους 3 μήνες πλέον εφαρμογής ,2 μήνες καθημερινά (χειμώνα) και 1 μήνα σταδιακά είμαι ικανοποιημένος έως 4 αστέρια ...θα είχα βάλει 5 αστέρια αν δεν είχε σκιστεί και από τις δύο μεριές κάτω από τη μασχάλη...
