    I bought this product a while ago and received a defective model. The machine had a faulty battery, it seemed. Even though I had it charging for hours, when I pressed the button to open it, it would shut down after 5 seconds. Okay, mistakes happen even in the best companies, so I don't have an opinion on whether the machine was ultimately good or not. Its downsides also include the additional heads, whose plastic was quite flexible. Consider that even straight out of the box, their "teeth" were a bit crooked.
