Vitex Cement Paint acrylic cement paint is a water-based paint for exterior cement surfaces such as exposed concrete, plaster and brick. Its terracotta shade creates a smooth matte finish, while its formula resists alkalis, washing and adverse weather conditions. It can be applied directly to alkaline surfaces.
