Vitex Metallico 520 Helios decorative plastic paint is water-soluble, based on acrylic resins and metallic pigments, and creates a metallic finish. It can be applied to interior and exterior surfaces, such as walls, ceilings, plasterboard, wood, plastic and metal, after suitable preparation. It has a low odour during application and contains no ammonia, aromatic hydrocarbons, free formaldehyde, heavy metals or alkylphenol ethoxylates.
Stir well before use and apply in two coats using a roller, brush or airless spray gun, diluted with up to 10% water. It is touch-dry in 1–2 hours and can be recoated after 6–8 hours. Do not apply at temperatures below 5 °C or above 35 °C, or at a relative humidity above 80%. Painted surfaces can be washed after at least three weeks using a soft sponge and water; for stubborn stains, a mild, colourless detergent may be used. Clean tools immediately after use with water and, if necessary, soap or detergent.
