I used it on a wall that had started to peel and crack. In some areas, a second application and the use of a scraper were needed. It definitely made my job MUCH easier and quicker than it would have been without it.

It didn't work for me. Maybe it's just my case being more difficult, I don't know, but in a few areas it removed the color. Personally, I'm disappointed. I had to remove the color with a blowtorch and a spatula. It may work for others, but not for me.

  • I tried it on alkyd solvent-based paint. It worked, in 20 mins it turned into a gel and came off easily with a spatula. However, on cured 1K polyurethane solvent-based (Marelac Vitex) it did not soften it

demi... for the wall that I scraped, I combined it with a heat gun to remove the paint, but it did the job!

It is very good. You need to put a thick layer on the surface, not just smear it on, otherwise it won't work. If, for example, a door can be taken out and placed on the floor so you can pour the corrosive directly on it from the box and then just gently spread it everywhere with a brush, it is the best solution. I say this for those who say in the comments that it doesn't work.
