How to clean the groups and filters
Place the 'blind' filter in the portafilter and add 3 grams of powder. Insert the portafilter into the coffee machine's group head.
Activate the coffee brewing command for 10 seconds.
Stop it for 10 seconds. Repeat the same process 5 times.
Remove the portafilter and rinse it well.
Reinsert the portafilter and perform another 5 cycles without cleaning powder.
Brew a shot of espresso (normal amount) and discard it.
Soak the filters and the metal parts of the portafilter for 30 minutes in a solution of one teaspoon (6 grams) of Cafiza 2 powder and one liter (32 oz.) of hot water.

You buy one and you have it for 2+ years if we are talking about home use. I use it every 10 days (or about every 20 coffees) in the Gaggia Classic 2018/19 by putting half a teaspoon of it. Finally, empty the jug, wash it, and you're ready.
