I've had it for two months. Two or three weeks after I bought it, I replaced its MIUI ROM with a custom ROM (CRDroid) because I found it somewhat bloated, and I didn't appreciate at all the fact that it had ads in the system apps (although I read in comments later that there is an option to disable them, but I didn't try it/I can't guarantee it). In the ROM I installed, I kept the same camera app, so I have an opinion. During the day, it takes very nice photos (at least for memories), but at night (in a house with lights on, for example), when the camera or the object moves even a little, the photos turn out awful from a little to a lot. The software tries to correct the blur and ends up making the face you are photographing look distorted. Not that it would look crystal clear on another phone; all struggle with movement at night, but I believe that the software instead of improving it makes it worse. In manual mode and with a steady camera and a still object, you can take perfect photos at night (see the attached little sheep. It was taken with ISO 100, shutter for a few seconds, I don't remember how many, 48MP mode, in minimal light. The road was taken in basic mode with ISO 100 and a somewhat steady camera. The little bear was taken in simple mode, at night in a room with good lighting while I was moving it a bit (there, with zoom, you can see the grains that are created. On faces that have more details, the problem intensifies.) Generally, whether the camera moves and in relation to the lighting or not plays a huge role. (Edit: the photos are slightly downgraded unfortunately as they were uploaded to Skroutz. Slightly. The license plate on the white van should be clearly visible, for example.) I have also uploaded a screenshot of the battery statistics (very good, and the custom ROM is not far from MIUI). The video is good, and the slow motion impressed me. Note that my previous phone was the Xiaomi Redmi 4A, so my expectations were low, but I can speak somewhat objectively despite that. (In comparison I made with my sister's Samsung Galaxy M21, the cameras of the Xiaomi are quite better overall and the manual shutter is invaluable for steady shots.) In terms of speed, without playing games, it doesn't lag anywhere (4GB RAM). The speaker is acceptable; I wouldn't listen to opera from there. The earpiece has somewhat poor design, and the person on the other end is heard a bit more by those around than what happens on other devices. The screen at first glance is nice, but upon a second look, I was a bit disappointed by the viewing angles and perhaps the contrast. My cameras do not have dust, which I read various things about. The very strong Wi-Fi signal is a positive (it catches in places where even my laptop struggles). It seems to have a sturdy and elegant construction in all aspects, although the protruding cameras annoy me quite a bit without a case. Without a case, it also slips incredibly wherever you place it because it is all glass, and due to its weight and surface, I find it very prone to breaking if dropped, so you might be forced to keep it in a case all the time. It is also a bit heavy in hand for my standards, but I got used to it to some extent. Edit: I also did a quick comparison with a friend's Note 9 Pro. Taking a steady camera shot of a still object in pro mode, 48/64MP respectively and ISO 100, there was a difference when I zoomed in fully on the captured photo of some distant object. It looked clearer in pro mode, but not something striking in the overall photo.
Το έχω δυο μήνες. Δυο-τρεις εβδομάδες απο όταν το αγορασα αντικατέστησα την miui rom του με μια custom rom (crdroid) γιατί μου φάνηκε κάπως πληθωρική, και δεν εκτίμησα καθόλου το γεγονός ότι είχε διαφημίσεις στις εφαρμογές του συστήματος (αν και διάβασα σε σχόλια αργότερα πως υπάρχει επιλογή απενεργοποίησης αλλά δεν το δοκίμασα/δεν το εγγυώμαι). Στη rom που έβαλα κράτησα την ίδια εφαρμογή κάμερας οπότε έχω άποψη. Την ημέρα βγάζει πολύ ωραίες φωτογραφίες (τουλάχιστον για αναμνηστικές) αλλά το βράδυ (σε σπίτι με αναμμένα φώτα πχ) όταν η κάμερα ή το αντικείμενο κουνιούνται από λίγο έως πολύ βγαίνουν απαίσιες από λίγο έως πολύ. Το λογισμικό προσπαθεί να διορθώσει τη θολούρα και καταλήγει να φαίνεται το πρόσωπο που φωτογραφίζεις σαν παραμορφωμένο. Όχι οτι σε άλλο κινητό θα φαινόταν κρυστάλλινες, όλα πάσχουν στην κίνηση το βράδυ, αλλα θεωρώ πως το λογισμικό αντί να το καλυτερεύει το χειροτερεύει. Στο manual mode και με σταθερή κάμερα και ακίνητο αντικείμενο μπορείς να βγάλεις τέλειες φωτογραφίες και το βράδυ (δείτε το επισυναπτόμενο προβατάκι. Τρβηχτηκε με iso 100, κλειστρο καποια δευτερολεπτα, δεν θυμαμαι ποσα, 48mp mode, σε ελαχιστο φωτισμο. Ο δρομος τραβηχτηκε στο βασικο mode με iso 100 και ψιλοσταθερη καμερα. Ο αρκουδάκος τραβήχτηκε σε απλό mode, βράδυ σε δωμάτιο με καλό φωτισμό ενώ τον ψιλοκουνούσα (εκεί με ζούμ φαίνονται οι κόκκοι που δημιουργούνται. Σε πρόσωπα που έχουν πιό πολλές λεπτομέρειες εντείνεται το πρόβλημα.) Γενικα το αν κουνιεται η καμερα και σε συνάρτηση με το φωτισμό ή όχι παίζει τεράστιο ρόλο. (Edit:οι φωτογραφίες είναι ελαφρώς υποβαθμισμένες δυστυχώς όπως ανέβηκαν στο skroutz. Ελαφρώς. Οι πινακίδα στο λευκό φορτηγάκι θα έπρεπε να φαίνεται καθαρά πχ) Έχω ανεβάσει επίσης screenshot τα στατιστικά της μπαταρίας (πολύ καλή, και η custom rom δεν απέχει πολύ από την miui). Το βίντεο καλό, και το slow motion με ενθουσίασε. Σημειωτέον το προηγούμενο κινητό μου ήταν το xiaomi redmi 4a οπότε και οι προσδοκίες μου χαμηλές, αλλά μπορώ να μιλήσω κάπως αντικειμενικά παρ' όλα αυτά. (Σε σύγκριση που έκανα με το samsung galaxy m21 της αδερφής μου, οι κάμερες του xiaomi είναι αρκετά καλύτερες σαν σύνολο και το manual κλείστρο ανεκτίμητο σε σταθερες ληψεις) Από ταχύτητα, χωρίς να παίζω παιχνίδια, δεν μου κολλάει πουθενά (4gb ram). Ηχείο ανεκτό, δεν θα άκουγα και όπερα από εκεί. Το ακουστικό έχει κάπως κακό σχεδιασμό και ακούγεται ο συνομιλητής στους γύρω λίγο περισσότερο από ό,τι συμβαίνει σε άλλες συσκευές. Η οθόνη με μιά πρώτη ματιά είναι ωραία, με μία δεύτερη με απογοήτευσαν λίγο οι γωνίες θέασης και ίσως και η αντίθεση. Οι κάμερές μου δεν έχουν σκόνη που διαβάζω διάφορα. Θετικό το πολύ δυνατό wifi σήμα (πιάνει σε σημεία που ακόμα και το λάπτοπ μου δυσκολεύεται). Φαινεται στιβαρη και κομψη κατασκευή σε όλα της, αν και οι κάμερες που εξέχουν με ενοχλούν αρκετά χωρίς θήκη. Χωρίς θήκη επίσης γλιστράει απίστευτα όπου το ακουμπήσεις γιατί είναι όλο γυαλί, και λόγω βάρους και επιφάνειας το βρίσκω πολύ επίφοβο να σπάσει σε πτώση, οπότε ίσως αναγκαστείτε να το έχετε διαρκώς με θήκη. Επίσης είναι λίγο βαρύ στο χέρι για τα δεδομένα μου αλλά μέχρι ένα βαθμό το συνήθισα. Edit: Εκανα και μια γρήγορη σύγκριση με το note 9 pro ενος φίλου. Τραβώντας με σταθερή κάμερα ακίνητο αντικείμενο στο pro mode,48/64mp αντίστοιχα και iso100 υπήρχε μια διαφορά όταν ζούμαρα φουλ την τραβηγμένη φωτογραφία σε κάποιο μακρινό αντικείμενο. Φαινόταν πιο καθαρό στο pro, αλλά όχι κάτι τρανταχτό στο σύνολο της φωτογραφίας.
