    Fairytale water!! Whether you use ice packs or not, the temperature in the ventilator is like a regular fan... and it claims to have 61db in low mode... so I don't need to explain how many db it has in medium and high mode... I don't have a decibel meter... with less money, I could have bought a fan that "blows" and I wouldn't be deluding myself that I bought a portable air conditioner
