Law 4072/2012, in the midst of an economic crisis, caused unexpected legal crisis, especially in the field of personal companies law. With this supplement to the Commercial Companies Law I: Personal Companies, the reader has the opportunity, by combining the two texts, to gain as complete a picture as possible of the current legal framework of these companies and perhaps be initiated - at least to some extent - into the mysteries of the new legislation.
