Barley grass from the company Ola Bio is one of the richest superfoods and is produced from the young leaves of the barley plant. It is harvested during the early growth period of the plant, during which the nutrients from the seed accumulate in the leaves.

Dosage: Take half an hour before or two hours after a meal. Half a teaspoon in a glass of water or fruit juice of your choice, even in yogurt or muesli, two or three times daily.
