the packaging on the back suggests 40g of powder dissolved in 200g of milk

the chocolate turns out VERY thick (I'm always talking about hot)
and in general this particular flavor is VERY SWEET
I tried to reduce the grams of powder, I went down to 20g (half a dose) and even so, for my taste, it still remains very sweet

  • Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate (45g) to 200ml of milk.
  • Boil at 72°C, stirring constantly, and serve.

Cold Beverage:

  • Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate (45g) to 100ml of milk.
  • Mix with a frappe maker and serve with ice.
