Chocolate drink with the flavor of tsoureki & praline from the company Novello. It is an oriental flavor, with Turkish mahleb and hazelnut praline, that when you drink it you feel the taste of tsoureki within the thick chocolate. It is served hot or cold.

Brewing Method

Hot Beverage: Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate (45g) to 200ml of milk. Boil at 72°C, stirring constantly, and serve.

Cold Beverage: Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate (45g) to 100ml of milk. Mix in a frappe maker and serve with ice.

    Excellent chocolate with a brioche-praline flavor, I would definitely buy it again! I tried it at a partner store and decided to buy it for home. Even from the packaging, it smells amazing and very strong!

    The only suggestion for improvement I have concerns its overly sweet taste, which is evident if you look at the chocolate powder - it has way too much sugar in it. I love sweets, but this is too much!

    Another suggestion for improvement: the 1kg packaging is a bag that doesn't reseal, it would be nice if it were resealable so that the strong aroma doesn't fade (since it's such a large package).
