Overall, users rate maca positively, mainly saying that it gives them a boost and helps them feel more energetic, especially during exercise. They use it at breakfast or mixed into juice. However, its flavor is strong and somewhat unusual, and some users don’t notice any effects.
Excellent service, excellent product, I have already bought it 3 times. You can see the difference from the first week. It's worth it.
I add it to my breakfast every morning. From the first day, you can tell the difference, especially when it's time for exercise. Anyone who buys it for the taste, not just this particular one, will be disappointed. Maca powder has a nice aroma but a slightly strange taste. I do not recommend it plain with water. However, with orange juice, for example, things are different. You can swallow it pleasantly.
It does nothing.
