Novello chocolate powder combines peanut butter, caramel and salt flavours to make a hot or cold drink. For a hot drink, mix 40 g of powder with 200 ml of whole milk and heat the mixture in a metal pot to 75°C. For a creamier, thicker texture, heat for longer.

For a cold drink, blend 50 g of powder with 130–140 ml of whole milk and two ice cubes in a frappe maker, then serve over additional ice. Alternatively, blend the ingredients with a glassful of ice.
