The wildflower honey is produced by the Souka family on the slopes of Chelmos. Wildflower honeys are made from the nectar of flowers and contain pollen grains from many plants in varying proportions. Their physicochemical and therapeutic properties, as well as their color, differ depending on the nectar of the plants that the bees bring to the hive.
