Organic Blossom Honey

The organic blossom honey is produced by the Souka family on the slopes of Chelmos. Blossom honeys are made from the nectar of flowers and contain pollen grains from various plants in varying proportions.

Their physicochemical and therapeutic properties, as well as their color, vary depending on the nectar of the plants that the bees bring to the hive. Typically, no type of pollen exceeds the limit above which it could give a pure character to the honey in question.

Taste: Mildly sweet, multi-layered flavor due to the variety of flowers.

Nutritional value: Helps in the proper functioning of digestion, provides energy and endurance, regulates intestinal function, enhances liver function, and aids in the proper growth of children.

Crystallization: Due to its natural sugar content, it crystallizes in a relatively short period of time.
