    Wasted money literally. I bought it only to please my wife. Its tank is not detachable and you can't put ice or ice packs like other models. It is noisy even on the lowest setting and as for the "coolness," what can I say... Whether you have this or a simple fan, it's the same thing. Measured with a digital thermometer in the room where you operate it, it doesn't lower the temperature even by 0.5°C, while on the contrary, it increases the humidity by at least 20%. If you want it as a humidifier, then it's just what you need. The only positive thing it has (hence the second star) is the air filter it has on the side that somewhat cleans the air with the built-in ionizer. Otherwise, it's a failure. Look for something else that has a detachable tank or get an air conditioner.
