I was not satisfied, I regret buying it. It is bulky, takes up a lot of space, has quite a heavy weight, the water tank opens very difficultly and it doesn't iron very well. In the summer, I couldn't even use it because it produced a lot of steam and I was getting burned. Now in winter, I use it, but I find it completely mediocre and troublesome. I give it 2 stars because it uses tap water and I avoid carrying distilled water, otherwise I would have given it 1 star.

It didn't take long and it started leaking water from the plate! They didn't replace it for me but they fixed the issue, thank goodness! Other than that, it's a good iron.

You don't run back and forth with bottles and glasses; you just take out the tank, fill it up, and that's it, you continue as normal. 7-8 loads of 9kg laundry per week and it's super. Even folded clothes like sheets, towels, etc., on turbo it presses them perfectly. The most important thing is to do a cleaning once a week and remove the limescale and you'll be super.

Unacceptable: The container is very difficult to open!! I bought it for my mother and she couldn't remove the container at all. I also used all my strength to try to open it. Luckily, I bought it from a neighborhood store and the people there were very kind, they didn't refuse to exchange it for me. Of course, I had to buy a more expensive model from a different brand...

I bought it for 159€. In two years, it started blinking on its own, resulting in a burnt circuit board, and of course, it's not worth fixing it. This particular one and the previous one, which was Tefal, lasted me 12 years. It's a waste of money.

I bought this iron as a replacement for my previous TEFAL iron, which I was very satisfied with. Despite the fact that the individual features were better than the previous one, surprisingly it did not iron as well. I had to make many repetitions during ironing to achieve the same result I had with the previous one. Exactly after 3 years, it stopped producing steam. So essentially, it does not iron clothes at all without steam. I made repeated attempts to unclog it through the auto-clean process as usual, but in vain. The company does not seem to offer it anymore on its official website. I would not recommend it.

It irons very well, as I expected. I give it 4 stars with a question mark regarding its reliability.

Today I received it... It's perfect!!! It's as if before the clothes weren't getting ironed, but now with one ironing it's as if I ironed them from both sides!!! Today is the first time in my life that I enjoy ironing!!!

We have had it for over a year and we are very satisfied! It heats up quickly, it is lightweight, it produces a lot of steam in turbo mode, and most importantly, it has a salt collector on top for cleaning after each use.

The system is good for its price. In eco mode, it doesn't produce much steam and I don't use it much. The system requires a good steam ironing board.

I expected it to be more powerful based on the reviews I had read. The truth is, you have to learn how to work with it... If you start ironing delicate fabrics, it releases a little steam and it gets on your nerves!! But as soon as you iron a towel, it becomes turbo and everything is fine! However, it can't always recognize the difference, for example, between a cotton and a viscose blouse! The negative thing is when there is no stabilizer.
The cleaning doesn't bother me. I follow the instructions and do it correctly.
It doesn't stay upright because of the cord (also negative).
It is lightweight and doesn't tire you while ironing.
Underneath the iron, there is a attached base that is used for cleaning.

Today I received it too...and I was a bit disappointed. I had an older model Tefal (which I had bought over 10 years ago) and I can't say that this one is better. My old one had much stronger steam and glided much better on clothes. This one, although more powerful in its features, doesn't have the same steam power, its plate doesn't glide much, and it is heavier. I hope I don't regret it and get used to it...

I bought it today as a replacement for an older model iron with temperature control and I was disappointed. The steam is not continuous, it drips water because it only regulates the temperature itself and it says the plate is not hot enough. Maybe I'm not used to it, but the old one with 5.5 pressure was amazing compared to this. Of course, maybe it ruined clothes when you used steam where you shouldn't, but it definitely had a better feel. You could see the steam shooting out and you could see it working... I will know if it's worth the money after a few uses...

Heats up quickly and is not particularly heavy! The descaling is done by the iron, not the boiler. It has not asked me to descale it yet to have an opinion. Another positive thing is that when pressing the steam button, the steam responds correctly. As for the negatives, maybe it doesn't notify you to refill the water. It locks well on its base. If it also proves to be durable, it will be superb!

We replaced the Philips GC7035, which had burned the plate three times in four years. So we decided to change brands, and we were proven right! Much more powerful steam without any delay and quieter than the Philips. Of course, it has better features at the same price as the Philips. The disadvantage compared to the Philips is the cleaning. It is much easier with the Philips, while it is more troublesome with the Tefal. Apart from that, we are very satisfied with our purchase. We hope to be proven right in the long run as well...

Today I received it. At first glance, it irons very well with strong steam. Light and at the same time sturdy on clothes. What slightly surprises me is the sound it makes when pulling the steam, but it's a matter of getting used to. I will come back later to have a more complete picture and add another star. I am amazed by the iron. It irons professionally!!!! Pants, shirts only on one side. Automatic temperature. Much faster and enjoyable!!! So I added the fifth star!!! I hope to have it for many years without any issues. I should also mention that it is very lightweight as an iron.

It is a good ironing system for its price, with powerful steam and easy cleaning for the salts. It has a very good non-stick plate.
