Volume 1 (§§ 1-17) deals with the substantive law of free competition and examines the object of protection under the law of free competition, the economic analysis of competition, and the cross-border restrictions on competition. Among other topics, it analyzes the protection of free competition in Greece, the role of the Competition Commission, as well as the evolution of the relationship between Greek and European law, the relationship between competition law and unfair competition law, prohibited agreements, contracts, and practices, the subjects and objects of prohibitions.

Volume 2 (§§ 18-27) examines the rules of application of free competition law and the sanctions in cases of violations of the relevant legislative framework, analyzing the administrative and judicial processes regarding the enforcement of competition rules.
