The 2nd edition of the two-volume collective work "Law of Free Competition" constitutes a complete and systematic elaboration and interpretation of both EU and Greek competition law by a leading group of distinguished legal experts and economists.

The 1st volume (§§ 1-17) focuses on the substantive law of free competition and examines the subject matter protected by competition law, the economic analysis of competition, and the cross-border limitations of competition. Among other topics, it analyzes the protection of free competition in Greece, the position of the Competition Commission, as well as the evolution of the relationship between Greek and EU law, the relationship between competition law and unfair competition law, the prohibited agreements, contracts, and practices, the subjects and objects of the prohibitions.

The 2nd volume (§§ 18-27) examines the application rules of free competition law and the sanctions in cases of violations of the relevant legislative framework, analyzing the administrative and judicial processes regarding the enforcement of competition rules.
