after 3 years the tweeters burned out and now it doesn't play high frequencies. while they worked the sound was quite good if we exclude the bass (in this size you can't expect good bass). They were installed in a Punto mk1. Now I bought some more expensive ones from Hertz, I hope they have greater durability over time.

Excellent sound. I was worried if they would fit in the spot on the dashboard of the Punto mk1, but they fit perfectly. In fact, it was mentioned on the box that they were specifically designed for this model and some others until 2000, such as the VW Polo and SAAB 9 3 Aero.
Εξαιρετικός ήχος. Με ανησυχούσε εάν έμπαιναν στο σημείο που υπάρχει στο ταμπλό του Punto mk1 και τελικά κούμπωσαν ακριβώς. Μάλιστα το ανέφερε στο κουτί ότι ήταν ειδικά για αυτό το μοντέλο και κάποια ακόμα μέχρι του 2000. πχ WV Polo και SAAB 9 3 aero.
In the Fiat Punto mk1 176, the 3.5" fits perfectly on the dashboard and the cover closes. Previously, I had the same speakers but in a 4" size without the cover fitting. They lasted me 4-5 years. The sound is very nice, just like all 3.5" speakers, there is distortion at high volume. Adjust the fader to play more from the rear to balance this issue or adjust the equalizer settings. Now, for bass, add a woofer to have satisfactory sound.

It is an emergency solution in this dimension (VW Jetta Mk2), the source at the beginning was a Blaupunkt Malibu cr67, which is discredited, but by changing the source with a Pioneer SPH-10BT, it transformed for the better, so if combined with larger speakers in the rear shelf, I believe then they will show their worth in the space, additionally.
Adjust all speakers from the source to have the optimal result, especially if you have an EQ, adjust it correctly.
