It just broke down after two years. It tripped the fuse and then stopped working. Apparently it burned out. Overall it was good but not very powerful. Six minutes for toast with the temperature on full. As a grill, I wouldn't recommend it. I grilled once and it took a long time, and there was a permanent black mark left after cleaning. In any case, it broke down very soon, which means I wouldn't buy it again.

I pushed the top part of the handle while at the same time holding the entire top part so it wouldn't break and the toasts wouldn't get squashed, and it broke. I've had it for a little less than a year and it has barely been used for a month.

In my opinion, the toaster is flawless, I have been using it for a week now and I have no complaints.
