In a reverse dictionary, words are organized in alphabetical order in reverse, that is, from the end to the beginning based on the last letter, then the second last one, and so on until the initial letter of the word, resulting in the appearance of the lexical material according to the systems of endings and similar suffixes.

The reverse classification of the lexicon helps the reader easily find the desired suffix, but it also contributes to the grammatical and etymological understanding of the language through the direct alphabetical order of arrangement and its reverse classification, providing the opportunity to consider endings and suffixes, as well as grouping words into the terminal system to which each belongs.

This reverse classification also aims for a fuller and better understanding of the Greek language, as it evolved until the end of the twentieth century.
