It does an excellent job on teeth and gums. The only drawback is that it has an excessively strong taste, not unpleasant. With a little attention to the quantity you will use, you can avoid it. After 3 months of use, it is good to replace it with another toothpaste for about a month and then you can continue using it.

My dentist gave it to me as a sample. I don't know about its effectiveness because as soon as I put it in my mouth, it was so disgusting in taste that I rinsed it out immediately. I have never encountered such a terrible toothpaste before. At least I didn't pay for it.

It doesn't have a nice taste (personally I don't care), but it does what it promises. Combined with a soft toothbrush, gum bleeding will stop in 7 days with twice daily use. As additional help, I think a liquid mouthwash is needed. It leaves a nice feeling in the mouth after brushing. Its price is a bit to quite high, but compared to the cost of a dentist visit, I will buy it in order to avoid both the visit and the sound of the drill...
