Professor Antonis Manitakis studies the various aspects of the rule of law phenomenon, analyzes the legal guarantees of the current Constitution, and investigates the controversial relationship between the rule of law and the social state. The purpose of the study is to address some critical political and legal issues of our time, such as what the rule of law means today, the particularities of the Greek rule of law model, why the rule of law can be considered a symbolic field of struggle for constitutional rights, and how it should be approached both as a value and as a process.
