I also have the same glass kitchen measuring cup from the year 2017, size 250 ml, and it has not given me any problems.

Very handy to have these in various sizes for measuring liquids. I have quite a few recipes that still use the Imperial measurement of "cups" and having a kitchen measurer that has both metric and imperial is very handy.

It broke the second time I used it because it couldn't handle hot water.

Very good for measuring and it is glass, a little heavy, it generally requires attention and its measurements are very informative. Value for money!

Very sturdy construction (which is why it is a bit heavy). The various indications on top are very helpful. The important thing is that it can safely go in the microwave and dishwasher.

What you see is what you get. It is heavy but of good quality. It has some minor imperfections on the glass exterior but for its price compared to pyrex, it is acceptable.

In ideal size, made with clearly high-quality material. It is perfect for everyday use, even though its construction may seem heavy! Do not hesitate to prefer it, especially if you want to measure hot liquids that would break a plastic measuring cup!
