Vitex Metal Primer is a white, solvent-based primer made with alkyd resins, suitable for metal surfaces. It serves as a base coat for enamel paints and provides anti-rust protection. It can also be used to prepare walls by blocking stains, patches, marks and yellowing.
Apply with a roller, brush or airless spray gun in one or two coats. Touch-dry in 45–60 minutes and ready to recoat after 20–24 hours. Once fully dry, sand the surface and paint with water- or solvent-based enamel paint.
