GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Solvent primer based on hard, quick-drying alkyd resins. Ideal substrate for varnish paints on metal and wooden surfaces, used for wall preparation by isolating stains, patches, spots, yellowing, etc. It creates an excellent surface for repainting with any varnish paint, offering strong adhesion, whiteness, and coverage. Combines smooth working, perfect spreading, and easy sanding.

PREPARATION

Surfaces must be cleaned with Brush Thinner T 300, dry and smooth, free of dust, oils, and sanded with appropriate sandpaper.

APPLICATION

The product is stirred well before use. Applied in one or two coats with roller or brush with a 5% dilution with Brush Thinner T 300 or airless spray gun with a 5% dilution with Gun Thinner T 350. Should not be applied at temperatures below 5°C, above 35°C, and/or relative humidity over 80%. The product is touch dry in 45-60 minutes and can be repainted after 20-24 hours. Once fully dry, it is sanded with appropriate sandpaper, dust is removed, and water or solvent-based varnish paint by Vitex is applied. These times vary depending on weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature). Rollers, brushes, and stains on the floor are cleaned with Brush Thinner T 300 and then with soap or detergent. Spray guns are cleaned with Gun Thinner T 350.
