Vitex Galvanize anti-rust primer is a single-component epoxy-based primer containing zinc powder, providing protection through cold galvanizing. Suitable for metal surfaces such as pumps, pipes and metal structures in industrial and coastal environments. For use on interior and exterior surfaces.
Before application, surfaces must be dry, smooth, clean and free of dust and oil, and sanded with sandpaper. Stir the primer thoroughly before applying one or two coats with a roller, brush or airless spray gun. Touch-dry in 45–60 minutes; can be recoated after 9–12 hours.
